An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 29, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And Public Employees' Retirement System of Mississippi ("MPERS") having moved to intervene as respondents, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of granting movants leave to intervene as respondents. The appeal is adjourned to the September 2018 Term. Intervenor-respondent is directed to file its brief on or before August 8, 2018 for said September 2018 Term.
