Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a result of the alleged negligence of the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the court, O'Neill, J., granted the defendant's motion for a judgment of nonsuit and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, Langenbach, J., denied the plaintiff's motion to open the judgment and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
