On October 20, 2021, petitioner's counsel filed a Motion to Withdraw and on October 23, 2021, petitioner's counsel filed a First Supplement to his motion. The Court held a conference call with the parties on October 27, 2021, to discuss the status of this case. During the call, petitioner's counsel informed the Court that he now wishes to withdraw his motion to withdraw as counsel.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's counsel's Motion to Withdraw, as supplemented, is denied as moot.
