Opinion

No. 05-09-01556-CV

Opinion issued June 17, 2010.

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 09-02118-B.

Before Justices O'NEILL, FRANCIS, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letters dated March 10, 2010 and April 15, 2010, the Court notified appellant that the Dallas County Clerk had informed us appellant has not paid for the clerk's record. In each letter, we directed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, with written verification either that he made payment arrangements or he is entitled to proceed without payment of costs for the clerk's record. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has neither provided verification of payment nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3.
