MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated March 8, 2010, this Court directed appellants to pay the $175 filing fee for the appeal within ten days. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). To date, appellants have neither paid the filing fee nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
