On June 28, 2023, docket entry 24, the parties filed with the Court a First Stipulation of Facts consisting of paragraphs 1 through 11, with attached Exhibits 1-J through 6-J.
Also on June 28, 2023, docket entry 25, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating that this case remains under the jurisdiction of the Independent Office of Appeals and that an appeals conference is currently scheduled to be held on September 26, 2023. Therefore, the parties believe they will be in a better position to update the Court on the status of this case by December 15, 2023, if not earlier.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before December 15, 2023, the parties shall submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision document or file Joint Status Reports with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
