Upon consideration, petitioner's motion to strike DCF's Appendix is granted as to any documents prepared or filed after the date of the entry of the dependency shelter order of April 11, 2013.
Following review of the petition for writ of certiorari and the response thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.
