MEMORANDUM OPINION


The appellant, CBS Outdoor, Inc., filed a motion to dismiss this appeal and to release the surety on the superseadeas bond. The motion is voluntarily made by the appellant prior to any decision of this Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). No other party filed a notice of appeal. No party opposed the release of the surety. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. The Travelers Casualty and Surety Company is released from any further obligation on the supersedeas bond filed in connection with this appeal. Costs are assessed against the incurring party.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
