Summary judgment for Agency Premium Services, Inc. is affirmed.
Summary judgment for Naughton Insurance Services, Inc. is reversed. There remain disputed facts whether the contract of insurance was canceled, and if it was canceled, whether appellants knew or should have known of the cancellation.
