Appellant Bryan Scott Cavett, acting pro se, has filed a motion to dismiss his appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a). In the motion to dismiss, Cavett informs the Court that he mistitled a motion filed in the trial court, and he did not intend for it to be treated as a notice of appeal. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See id.
