By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered October 5, 2023, this case was dismissed on the grounds that petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee. On October 30, 2023, petitioner submitted an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for the Court's consideration. Upon review of that application, however, petitioner has not demonstrated current financial inability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-described Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied and this case remains closed. It is further

ORDERED that the time by which petitioner may pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee is extended to November 27, 2023. Instructions on how to pay the filing fee can be found at https://ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html.
