Cavellier v. Cavellier

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Dec 9, 1958
7 A.D.2d 717 (N.Y. App. Div. 1958)

Opinion

December 9, 1958

Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs to the respondent. In considering counsel fees, we have disregarded any services rendered prior to the application which was made at the commencement of the second trial. The sum of $6,750, which represents the amount above the $750 heretofore awarded, is a reasonable fee in the circumstances for the services rendered subsequent to such application.
