ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 8, 2011, and an appeal from an order of the same court also entered July 8, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is denied as premature as the time to perfect the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-07752 does not expire until January 25, 2012, and the time to perfect the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-07891 does not expire until January 30, 2012.
