This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C., trial session. On March 10, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 13) together with a Declaration of Jacob Russin (Doc. 14). By Order served March 15, 2022, petitioner was directed to file a response on or before April 4, 2022, to respondent's motion and respondent was directed to file on or before April 18, 2022, a reply, if any, to petitioner's response. On March 15, 2022, respondent filed Supplement to Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 16). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 4, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment as supplemented. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 18, 2022, respondent shall file a reply, if any, to petitioner's response.
