This case is on the calendar of the Court's April 24, 2023 trial session for New York City, New York. On March 16, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Petition in which petitioner states that respondent does not object to the granting of the motion. The Second Amended Petition was lodged with the filing of the motion.
