ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On November 3, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (Doc. 22). This case was called from the calendar during the Court's November 6, 2023, Tampa, Florida trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (Doc. 21), filed November 3, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (Doc. 22), filed November 3, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before December 6, 2023, show cause in writing why respondent's motion should not be granted, and a decision entered in this case.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause could result in the dismissal of the case and entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
