ORDER

Eunkyong Choi Special Trial Judge

On August 4, 2022, the parties filed a signed Proposed Stipulated Decision with the Court (Index #9). Upon review the Court noted a discrepancy, in that the caption is incorrect as the "S" is missing from the docket no. Therefore it is erroneous and we will strike it.

Upon due consideration and for cause it is hereby:

ORDERED that the parties' unexecuted Proposed Stipulated Decision document (index #9), is stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before August 12, 2022, the parties shall execute and re-file a corrected Proposed Stipulated Decision document bearing the correct caption.
