ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge.

This case is not currently calendared for trial.

On February 17, 2023, the Court granted respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing, filed February 13, 2023, and scheduled this case for hearing on the status of the case at the Court's April 12, 2023, Washington D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, April 12, 2023.

On April 6, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report in which respondent represented that the requested information was received from the subpoenaed third party, E*Trade from Morgan Stanley. Respondent further represented that E*Trade from Morgan Stanley had fully complied with the issued subpoena.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to commence on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall notify the third party, E*Trade from Morgan Stanley, that participation in the Court's remote proceedings scheduled for April 12, 2023, is no longer necessary.
