Petitioner's motion for reinstatement, filed June 1, 2023, is hereby granted.

Pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.120(d), Petitioner's brief on jurisdiction must be accompanied by an appendix containing only a conformed copy of the decision of the district court of appeal. Petitioner's brief on jurisdiction was filed with this Court on April 10, 2023. Petitioner is directed to file, on or before June 19, 2023, an amended appendix that contains only a copy of the order of the Fourth District Court of Appeal issued December 23, 2022.

Failure to file a compliant appendix with this Court in the time allotted may result in the imposition of sanctions, including dismissal of the petition.
