Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge.

This case is set for trial at the trial session commencing November 6, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland.

On October 16, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (motion to dismiss). Petitioner objects to granting of this motion.

The Court will calendar this motion for hearing at the Baltimore, Maryland trial session commencing on November 6, 2023.

Premises considered, it is hereby

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is set for hearing at the trial session of the Court commencing on November 6, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 9B, 9th Floor, Edward A. Garmatz United States Courthouse, 101 West Lombard Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201. If petitioner fails to appear at calendar or respond prior to calendar call the Court will be inclined to grant respondent's motion and dismiss this case against petitioner.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
