On February 6, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision (motion) stating that a settlement had been reached, however respondent's counsel had not received an original signed decision from petitioner. Petitioner objects to the granting of this motion. On February 7, 2023, the motion was inadvertently entered as Granted and restored to the general docket. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the stamp Granted Motion for Entry of Decision, entered February 7, 2023, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Motion for Entry of Decision, filed February 6, 2023, is denied and the case is restored to the general docket.
