Appeal by plaintiff, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 30, 1970, as on reargument, adhered to the original decision dismissing the complaint as to defendant Association of Average Adjusters of the United States. Order affirmed insofar as appealed from. No opinion. Appeal from order of the same court, dated April 14, 1970, dismissed. This order was superseded by the order dated November 30, 1970, which granted reargument. Respondents are awarded one bill of $10 costs and disbursements, to cover both appeals. Rabin, P.J., Martuscello, Shapiro, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
