ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the respondent Morningside Realty, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 15, 2011, and April 27, 2012, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 4, 2013, and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
