Consistent with the Court's Order (Doc. 22) served December 14, 2021, this case will be added to the Court's upcoming Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. To give effect to the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction over this case is no longer retained by Judge David Gustafson. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the Atlanta, Georgia, trial session of the Tax Court beginning at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, February 14, 2022, in Room 1136, of the Russell Federal Building & Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner Drive, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, 30303. It is further
