This case was called from the calendar for the trial session of the Court at Atlanta, Georgia, on March 21, 2022. Both petitioners' and respondent appeared and were heard. When this case was recalled on the same date the parties informed the Court that they had reached a basis of settlement and submitted a signed stipulated decision to the Court.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause Under Rule 91(f) dated December 29, 2021, is hereby discharged.
