Pending in the above-docketed matter is petitioner's motion to proceed remotely filed April 6, 2023. By order served April 20, 2023, the Court ordered petitioner to show cause in writing why the Court should not issue an Order directing that the small tax case designation be removed in this case and the proceedings not be conducted under the Small Tax Case Rules. Petitioner's response to the Court's order to show cause is due on or before May 11, 2023.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to proceed remotely filed April 6, 2023, is held in abeyance.
