This case is calendared for trial at the October 31, 2022, Houston, Texas Trial Session of the Court. On May 10, 2021, petitioners Albert J. Castro and Guillermina Gonzalez filed a petition with this Court and attached thereto a Notice of Deficiency for G. Gonzalez, for tax year 2018, on which this case is based. There is no record of a Notice of Deficiency on record for petitioner, Albert J. Castro, for tax year 2018. On October 6, 2022, the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision signed by both petitioners. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 20, 2022, respondent shall amend their Answer to include a complete Notice of Deficiency as to Albert J. Castro, for tax year 2018, on which this case is based.
