ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On July 25, 2024, respondent filed an Answer to the Petition. That Answer does not comply with Rule 36(b), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, in that it does not include a copy of the notice of deficiency that is challenged by petitioner.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 15, 2024, respondent shall file a First Amended Answer and attach thereto a copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based.
