ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On June 11, 2021, respondent filed in the above-docketed matter a Motion To Dismiss on Ground of Duplication, advising that this case at Docket No. 4998-21S is a duplicate of the case filed at Docket No. 13338-20. A decision was entered in the case at Docket No. 13338-20 on May 25, 2021. Respondent's motion further indicates that petition has no objection to the granting thereof.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's just-referenced motion is granted, and this case at Docket No. 4998-21S is dismissed on the ground of duplication.
