ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS

On July 18, 2005, Petitioner filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus ("Petition") pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241, arguing that he should be released from custody because return to his native country was not likely in the reasonably foreseeable future. However, after the Petition was filed, travel documents were issued, and Petitioner was removed to the Philippines. Accordingly, Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as moot. The Clerk shall enter judgment accordingly.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
