ORDER

PER CURIAM

On November 18. 2021, the court abated this case due to the pending Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding of appellant Venancio Lopez, pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 8.2. On February 18, 2022, appellants filed an unopposed motion to reinstate the appeal pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 8.3(a). The motion includes a true copy of an order from the bankruptcy court granting a discharge to Venancio Lopez, which in turn operates to terminate the stay implemented by the bankruptcy proceeding. See 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(2)(C).

The motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, the case is ordered REINSTATED and placed on the court's active docket. The court will reset the submission date for this case in due course.
