ERICKA GAIL CASTILLO, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge

A Proposed Stipulated Decision (PSD) that contains petitioner's signature but not that of respondent's counsel was filed on March 21, 2024. On April 2, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Strike, representing that "petitioner signed the [PSD] and inadvertently filed it with the Court without respondent's counsel's signature." He indicated that he would be filing a new decision document that contains the signatures of both parties once the Court has granted the instant Motion.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Strike, filed April 2, 2024, is granted, and the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed at docket entry #48 on March 21, 2024, is hereby stricken from the record of this case.

Once the parties have filed a corrected decision document, the Court will enter it in due course.
