STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL OF PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT FOR PERSONAL INJURIES, SEAMAN'S WAGES, AND MAINTENANCE AND CURE


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties to this action, through their designated counsel, that the plaintiff's Complaint for Personal Injury, Seaman's Wages, and Maintenance and Cure be, and hereby is, dismissed in its entirety, and as to all defendants, with prejudice, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1).

ORDER

Pursuant to the above-stipulation between the parties to this action, the plaintiff's Complaint for Personal Injury, Seaman's Wages, and Maintenance and Cure is hereby dismissed with prejudice.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
