VINCENT MARK CASTILLO v. BRIAN BRUMFIELD, ET AL

In Re: Vincent Mark Castillo, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of Washington, No. 107,342. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The district court did not abuse its discretion in denying relator's application for pauper status in the above-captioned lawsuit. Relator's application for pauper status is incomplete and does not adequately support relator's claim that he is entitled to proceed in the district court in forma pauperis.
