In an action to recover damages for breach of a contract, judgment for $1,395.80 was entered in favor of plaintiffs against the appellant-respondent Circle Construction Corp., and the latter, under its cross-complaint, obtained judgment against the impleaded appellant Joseph Breen, Inc. Judgment, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with one bill of costs, payable by appellant and appellant-respondent. No opinion.
