In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the complaint alleged breach of warranty as to the safety of a power saw and negligence in its sale to plaintiff. The appeal is from a judgment entered upon the dismissal of the complaint at the close of the plaintiff's case. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
