Judgment insofar as appealed from and order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Taylor, P.J., not voting. (Appeal from part of a judgment for plaintiff against defendant Buck, and no cause of action on defendant's counterclaim, in an automobile negligence action. The order denied defendant Buck's motion for a new trial.)
