ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY CHIEF JUDGE

On July 10, 2020, the Court filed a petition to commence this case. On October 28, 2020, petitioners paid the $60.00 filing fee. However, due to inadvertent clerical error, petitioners' payment of the filing fee was not properly recorded on the Court's records. Thus, by Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered July 30, 2021, this case was dismissed for petitioners' failure to pay the filing fee as directed by the Court.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case on July 30, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside.
