DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Andrise Velencia Casimir for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated April 5, 2011, which reversed, insofar as appealed from, an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered August 14, 2009, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied as academic.
