Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when her automobile collided with the rear of defendant's auto truck which she alleged, was parked on Sunrise Highway, without a tail light. Judgment, entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
