This case was continued from the Court's November 29, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On November 5, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report, advising that the parties have reached a basis of settlement and requesting 60 days to submit stipulated decision documents.

On November 15, 2021, Rosana Caseiro filed a Notice of Intervention. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is changed to read:
