Decided June 1, 1948.

An action by plaintiff for damages for the death of her husband allegedly resulting from the negligence of defendant, a dentist, in treating decedent professionally. After trial without a jury, the court held in favor of plaintiff and adjudged accordingly.

Error to the District Court of the City and County of Denver, Hon. Joseph J. Walsh, Judge.
