ORDER IN SUPPLEMENTAL PROCEEDINGS


Upon consideration of the Judgment Creditors' Motion in Supplemental Proceedings, and good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Star Stone Quarries, Inc., Star Stone, Inc., American Stone Sales, Inc. and Stone Mountain Management, LLC, by and through Lon A. Thomas, a principal of all such entities, appear before the Honorable Brooke C. Wells, United States Magistrate Judge, in the above-entitled court in courtroom number 36, Frank E. Moss United States Courthouse, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, on the 20th day of July, 2004, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, then and there to answer concerning the property, assets and income of W. David Weston, Judgment Debtor.

The Judgment Creditors are authorized and directed to cause subpoenas duces tecum requiring Lon A. Thomas, as principal for Star Stone Quarries, Inc., Star Stone, Inc., American Stone Sales, Inc. and Stone Mountain Management, LLC, to bring with him to the supplemental proceeding the documents described in the judgment creditors' motion to be duly served upon Star Stone Quarries, Inc., Star Stone, Inc., American Stone Sales, Inc. and Stone Mountain Management, LLC, together with a copy of this Order.
