This case was stricken from the Court's September 20, 2021, San Diego, California, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On October 18, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that they are still in settlement discussions and believe that settlement is possible. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 18, 2023, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case. If the parties have not reached a resolution by this due date, the Court is inclined to hold a conference call with the parties.
