This case was stricken from the Court's September 20, 2021, San Diego, California, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On January 18, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement in this case but are still waiting for the IRS to file and process the tax returns submitted during the pendency of this case. The parties request 90 days to file a decision document. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 19, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document with the Court.
