ORDER

This case was stricken from the Court's September 20, 2021, San Diego, California, remote trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On October 20, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report, which indicated that the parties are waiting for the Internal Revenue Service to file and process tax returns that were submitted during the pendency of this case. The parties also request 90 days to submit the decision document with the Court. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED, that on or before January 18, 2022, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision document with the Court.
