Plaintiffs-appellants having moved for consolidation of the appeals taken from the orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 17, 2016, July 19, 2012, and March 21, 2013, respectively, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting appellant to prosecute the appeals upon 9 copies of one record and of one set of appellant's points covering the appeals. Sua sponte, the time to perfect the consolidated appeal is enlarged to the October 2017 Term.
