Summary Dispositions March 18, 1997:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for further explanation of why, in light of that Court's ruling that Dr. Gerisch was not qualified to give expert testimony, the proper remedy should not be entry of judgment notwithstanding the verdict. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Jurisdiction is retained.
