ORDER


This matter having come before the Court on Defendant's Motion for Protective Order and the Court having considered the entire record herein, it is hereby

ORDERED that Defendant's Motion for Protective Order is hereby GRANTED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that no discovery' (including interrogatories, document requests, depositions, and requests for admissions) shall be conducted in this case until further order of this Court.


ORDER

As stated in the Memorandum Opinion separately and contemporaneously issued this 20th day of June, 2003, it is hereby

ORDERED that the United States Department of Health and Human Services' ("HHS") Motion to Dismiss and/or in the Alternative for Summary Judgment [27] is GRANTED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that HHS's Supplemental Motion to Dismiss [46] is DENIED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Casad's Motion for Summary Judgment [18] is DENIED; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that all remaining pending motions [33, 42] are DENIED as moot.

SO ORDERED.
