An appeal having been taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 16, 2019, and defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of enforcement of that order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence from counsel for defendant-appellant dated October 23, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon It is ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence.
